| Finally some answers to the problems in my life.....the dvd has been so helpful to me to understand how to deal with what life deals me by including boundaries. It is a slow process making these changes, but as I make them, I am in a better place because of my setting boundaries and taking back the power that I was losing. This was my bad, I did not see "miniature edition" in the description. I gave it to a young adult friend who is struggling. I hope he doesn't think its a joke. | This book must be read with the matching workbook to get the full understanding of this study. Some things are only mentioned in one or the other and must be used together. This book had helped me to understand that being a "good Christian" does not mean to give everything I can to dealing with other people's problems. It shows the difference between "boulders" and "knapsacks", the healthy way to deal with both, and signs that I am not dealing with them responsibly. This book helped me to come to terms with suicide attempts by a close friend that I thought were my responsibility to prevent, and to deal with the devastation I felt following her overdose. This book helped me to distinguish between my issues and other people's issues, and helped me to realize my responsibility to take care of myself and set and enforce health boundaries

| I did not see the "Miniature Editions" at the end. I was disappointed at first but now am glad to have this version too! It fits in any pocket or bag that I have.
